The mask is great for both men and women at any age, with any skin type.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Things You\u2019ll Need:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"square\"><li><strong>Blender or small food processor <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Spatula <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>1 kiwi <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Half a cucumber <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Healing Indian Clay (can be purchased at a vitamin shop) <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>5 drops of lavender oil (optional) <\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Kiwi<\/span>:&nbsp;The seeds of kiwi fruit will help to gently exfoliate the skin, leaving your face smooth and soft. Kiwi is also full of alpha hydroxy acid, which can help reduce oil, prevent blackheads, and balance your complexion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cucumbers:&nbsp;Cucumbers contain the same pH as your skin, so they can clean, nourish, and hydrate your skin without stripping it of its natural protective acid layers.
