He earned the tag of being a lothario, especially after cheating on Miller.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p><strong>\u201cPeople assume that I\u2019ll be like that. You have to separate it and say, \u2018Well I know it\u2019s not me.\u2019 You learn to live with this dichotomy of who you are and who they\u2019re saying you are,\u201d Law said in an interview with ShortList magazine, reports femalefirst.co.uk.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p><wp-block data-block=\"core\/more\"><\/wp-block>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p><strong>Recalling the frenzy that his love life caused in 2005 and thereafter, Law said: \u201cThat period was horrible. It was just boring. Boring, shallow and infuriating. I think it managed to (overshadow my acting) for a while, unfortunately. I was dragged, kicking and screaming, into the swamp, the mire.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p><strong>However, he believes his last few roles \u2014 including his portrayal of John Watson in the <em>Sherlock Holmes<\/em> franchise and his appearance in the critically acclaimed <em>Anna Karenina<\/em>, have allowed him to be taken seriously as an actor again.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p><strong>\u201cI realised quickly I\u2019d have to keep my head down and hope that the work would win out.
