{"id":1504,"date":"2013-03-12T12:16:37","date_gmt":"2013-03-12T12:16:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.egeve.com\/up\/wordpress\/2013\/03\/12\/steven-spielberg-planning-a-film-on-kashmir\/"},"modified":"2022-10-29T16:00:48","modified_gmt":"2022-10-29T15:00:48","slug":"steven-spielberg-planning-a-film-on-kashmir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.egeve.com\/en\/steven-spielberg-planning-a-film-on-kashmir\/","title":{"rendered":"Steven Spielberg planning a film on Kashmir"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>US director Steven Spielberg is planning to produce a film set partly on the de facto border between India and Pakistan in the disputed Kashmir region, a report said Tuesday.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p><strong>Spielberg, who is currently in India\u2019s entertainment capital Mumbai, told <em>The Times of India <\/em>that the film would be produced by his DreamWorks Studios and its Indian partner Reliance Entertainment, which is headed by tycoon Anil Ambani.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p><strong>\u201cWe have finalised a script for a movie,\u201d Spielberg said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p><strong>\u201cPart of it will take place on the India-Pakistan border in Kashmir.
