Never tug or pull at your natural hair. Avoid combing and brushing it when dry, only when wet, and then use a wide-tooth comb with smooth edges. Start from the ends and work your way up to the roots of wet, conditioned hair. Remember, our hair is fragile when wet, so you still need to be gentle when handling your hair.

2. Perform a Daily Scalp Massage. A daily scalp massage increases blood flow to the scalp, increasing hair growth. This can be done during the shower for an easy routine. Use a gentle touch to avoid inadvertently pulling out any hair.
